After renaming file from .sis to .rar, extract it.
1.Install SPBshell from Previous Post and register it with the Given key
2.After Installing, go to ANNA>SPBshell>Anna & copy SPBshell Folder.
3.Connect mobile in Mass Storage mode, and paste that folder in MEMORY CARD>Others>SPBshell 4.Restart your phone
5.Install themes in ANNA>Themes folder
6.Copy ANNA.SET from ANNA>restore Settings file to MEMORY CARD in front or anywhere you want.
7.Open SPBshell application in phone and See **PANELS** in down-left screen,
click & open SPB MENU then go to SETTINGS, and click at bottom-right **SETTINGS** button, and select RESTORE SETTINGS,
then browse the ANNA.SET which you have copied in 7th Step.

I need your help..
After installing every thing when i am trying to install the settings restore i am not able to see that file. but when i am opening that file in file manager that file is there but through setting restore this file is not visible..
you must Copy The Anna.set File in Your memory Card root folder...
after that change the ANNA.SET into MSettings.set and check u can see the fila
